I can't tell by the pic is solid blue or does it have a stripe. Is it the same blue wire in pic 2 with the 4 way connector.
Do you have your wiring diagram? At the rear there is a turn signal L,R, brake, marker/running, license plate and a reverse light. Some rigs had a trailer wiring plug/could have been dealer installed

It’s a solid blue wire. I think I am leaning towards reverse light as the wire travels a significant portion of the harness section and comes out around the transmission. It’s been two years since I pulled the harness, thanks for everyone’s help!
