Buyer be ware on this one guys

I've been helping a buddy of mine find his first rig for a while now. After a long search this looked like the one. I called the owner, spoke to him for a while, looked at the pics and recommended he purchase this one. OP and my buddy worked out a verbal and written agreement (sent by owner) for full asking price. My buddy then wired the money to the owners bank account. Done deal right? Nope.
As part of the written agreement the owner was going to deliver the vehicle next week.
Keep in mind the OP has the money at this point.
He then proceeds to tell him he cannot deliver the vehicle and begins making comments that he's getting other offers. Did I mention that the OP emailed the agreement and has accepted full payment?
My buddy is not happy but wants the rig he has paid for and goes ahead and lines up shipping with Aaron for an additional $500.
After several hours the OP wires the money back to my friend (less the wiring fee) and sends a note that he's getting better offers.
Thought you should all be aware

I had a feeling that was going to happen. When I saw an offer was made and it didn't show SOLD I knew something was up.

Sorta agree with Waterboy bout eBay... bad manners for selling here.

Will not make excuses. I would like to apologize for bad manners. The 40 is no longer for sale. No, it will not be posted on Ebay.
