FJ40 ring and pinion install kit - SOLD

sold

I was digging through the garage and found an extra ring and pinion install kit. I got it brand new from a guy on ebay a while back. The kit includes:

Pinion Seal
NGK AH2261E

Side Bearings
2x Timken LM603014 (cup), 2x Timken LM603049 (cone)

Pinion Bearings
Timken 30306 92KA1, Genuine Toyota 90366-40059

shims (pinion depth and preload), loctite, marking compound, install and gear setup instructions. The instructions got a little oil soaked in the pages from a grease tube that leaked, but are fine other than some page discoloration.

Will try to get some pics tomorrow.

Would like $130 shipped CONUS.

Or trade toward:

large pattern high steer arms
Ford 9" parts (31 spl locker/spool, 4.56 ring/pinion, setup kit)
open for ideas

Don't be afraid to make an offer...worst thing that can happen is I tell you no.:D

Excuse my ignorance: you say this is for an FJ40 diff. Does that mean older coarse spline or newer fine spline? Is there even a difference in these parts for those flavors of diff? If it's for the later fine spline is there a difference FJ40 vs FJ60 R&P install kits?

And finally: is theis "complete"... that is: everything, except the gears, that wuld be needed during the rebuild?

Thanks.

I ran the part numbers and as far as I can tell the same bearings are used 58-89 (90 on the front) (w/o diff lock), and should be the same between FJ40 and FJ60. If you're replacing your R&P with an aftermarket gear set they will be fine spline.

This kit includes everything you would need to set up a ring and pinion. This kit does not include ring gear bolts (some kits do, it's optional to replace them).
