Just in case you are interested, I bought the 3/8"-24 3/4" buttonhead bolts and serrated nuts on ebay:

3/8-24 Button Head Socket Cap Screws Alloy Steel Grade 8 Black Oxide Allen Hex | eBay

Drive Style : Allen Hex. Finish : Black Oxide. These fasteners have a machined thread pattern of 3/8-24 which is apart of the unified thread system. Thread : 3/8-24. Material : Alloy Steel. Head Style : Button Head.
