Looks like a factory soft top rig. 1983 or 1984 BJ42 with a custom roof.

Pretty cool.

They look a lot like the Bridgestone "Jeep service" tires that come stock on the mine trucks. 7.50-16

They came factory on a 70 series fender.

Its a frankenbuild 41 or 42 it is rare to find a 45 in Japan.
Just about all JDMs have fender mirrors awsome addition I have them on 2 of my vehicles there is no blind spot and you can back into parking stall while looking ahead no looking over your shoulder and they dont stick out that far from the body.
