FJ40 door hinge bushings - brass (1 Viewer)

I got a set of these bushings and they are not close to fitting.
78 doors and hinges

Do I just have the incompatible year truck?

picture of what you have? I have installed these in a LOT of different year parts and they fit great each time. I used them in multiple windshield hinges, Hood hinges etc. All are the same size. Sometimes the do require the use of a W drill bit to fit properly.

I'll get some pics tonight.
Even my pins were oversized for the bushing diameter
