picture of what you have? I have installed these in a LOT of different year parts and they fit great each time. I used them in multiple windshield hinges, Hood hinges etc. All are the same size. Sometimes the do require the use of a W drill bit to fit properly.

I'll get some pics tonight.
Even my pins were oversized for the bushing diameter

@Stubby - Did you ever hear back from @SouthBostonFJ40? I just emailed yesterday to order some and hadn't back yet. Just wondering if these brass bushings are still available. Thanks!

@SMG, are you making the brass bushings (and maybe pins) now?

Are these brass bushings available anywhere? Anyone successfully get them recently? Looking for my driver/passenger door hinge bushing replacement 1974 fj40
