It was not on my truck, so no, no installed pic.

I can measure the length on Monday.

I don’t know if it’s painted or powderpainted, but I d prefer to assume it’s just regular paint.

Can't do it. Bumper will cost $60 to ship, never mind my wife's time to box it and take it to the drop off. She takes care with packaging, so there's at least a half hour in her pack and travel time. $175 shipped cross country is the best I can offer.
