fj40 1971 no oil at the top end

Oil only gets to the top end through a drilled hole in the camshaft. Oil is directed up the copper tube when the camshaft rotates.

Without the engine turning over, you won't get oil up to the valve train unless the hole is aligned with the copper tube fitting.

The following illustration is from the FSM (factory service manual) and shows the old style oil filter, but the engine internals remain the same.

so i got oil on top !
i have replaced the rocker bushings and the one are drippings way more oil
what is the proper install for the bushings holes (rotation)?????
