I "think" this is an FJ25 passenger seat frame. It's certainly earlier than mid-60's as it's all welded rather than bolt on hinge/pivot assemblies. Best I can tell it is either a 25 or early 40.

Anyone able to shed some light there?

Anyone in need of such a thing?

Price please. Looks like back has had some repairs in the past or is it the camera playing its part? Is frame solid? Hopefully shipping works out to NZ.

The circled leg on a 25 frame extends down and to the floorboard like the outer leg. There's no transfer hump on the right floorboard like a 40.

Right on, so we think it is in deed a 25.

Archie 1962 FJ25, is your Cruiser a LHD?

Yes indeed. It travelled all the way from California with me to NZ

Right on. We ship regularly to Aus/NZ but nothing this size. Do you have any connections with freight forwarders in the US that can transport to Aus?

I know a freight forwarder based in LA but doubt they do business in our part of the world on regular basis. Please let me know the weight and packaged size and I will try to work it out at my end.

I can't tell is inner front leg as long as the outer leg? Both FJ25 and FJ40 have legs that extend to the floor board just the floor is raised a little by the inner leg on the FJ40. A 71 FJ40 I bought years ago came with a FJ25 bench seat. A PO had cut the center support leg down so it would bolt flat against floor and was being used a rear forward facing seat. My white FJ25 came with aftermarket seats. Guess it's possible that seat came out of it.:hmm: Funny the few number of these FJ25s that were imported the number of them still around and parts that keep showing up. Just picked a second loose FJ25 T/T this year.:meh:
