Found a good deal on some fj cruiser 17" steel wheels and was wandering if the will fit my 94 fzj80. Thanks

BUY THEM

I am running a set of FJC alloy rims and they are only .25 in more BS than stock. I am running 37/12.5/17's and they set flush with my flareless sides!

I am running a set on my 97 and they bolt right up. Just be sure and have the appropriate lug nuts as the alloy lugs don't work.

The tires are Michelin LTX AT2 265/70/17 and the lugs are an aftermarket lug from a local auto parts place that the tire shop ordered. For me this combination works great since most of my miles are city and highway. They are great in the snow to!

Hi. 94srunner, in the above photo does your truck have wheel spacers? Also, is it lifted? It looks great.

Is their any weight advantage to the steel wheels? Or disadvantage for that matter?

They sure look sweet.

Thanks,

Ah...I run no wheel spacers and the truck does not have a lift. It is a fairly stock rig.

As far as weight advantange or disadvantage I am not sure. I bought them more because I like the look they give.

They'll work. I'm running them with 35 x 12.5 x 17 on my 96. I do have a little tire to frame rub on my rear at full flex, but it isn't really an issue. They have more backspacing that stock, so the track width will be a little bit narrower. I don't run any wheel spacers, but you can use them if you want it to be perfect.
