Do you have the 40 right down the road from Afton Mountain Winery?

Possibly. I actually moved to Waynesboro at the bottom of the mountain about 5 years ago. I guess it’s about time to update the signature line.

I used to live a couple of miles up the mountain from the winery in a small cottage off of rt 6. How long ago was this?

I believe I wheeled with you one day at the Fall Crawl last year w/ Dan, Felix, Burl & some others. I have a blue 40 like Dan’s although it’s not nearly as purty.

It's been about a year ago. Wife and I were going to the winery from Charlottesville and saw a 40 at a house a mile or 2 before the winery.

We'd like to thank our current event sponsors - without them, events like Spring Mudfling IV would not be as successful!

Anybody have room for a passenger? I'm getting my shoulder rebuilt on the 7th and won't be driving a manual for a while.

Bob
Sorry to hear that. So we can call you "Bionic Bob"

I'll let you ride up front with Burl. :)

I don't think Mines going to be done.:crybaby:

Chris - thanks for the offer to ride in the Burl Bus. I need to get out even if I don't drive.

Dave - My mother told me this would happen if I didn't stop!

she also sead not to play with it or you will go blind.

you didn't listen to her about that neither!

some men never learn!

I told Brother Burl about your predicament today.

Chris

For anyone from MD who has been to Gore, what is the best way to get there? Up 270 to 340 over to 81; or out 66 up to 81?

Also, any interest in a caravan? I was thinking of camping there Friday nite, as wheeling doesn't start until Saturday. Maybe we could all stay at Burl's house?

Dan, I have been both ways to Gore and the 340 route is better. Nicer drive and scenic. Beside if you go 495 to 66 you never know about traffic. I have only been their to ride my dirt bikes and four wheeler but the trials look great. See ya their. I would caravan with you but I have to pick up my younger son in Front Royal on the way.
