Those bumpers are a thing of beauty. Great work. What were the specs on the grey 60? Love the look of that truck. Too bad its dead now.

Any further thoughts on producing these for us?

Thanks!

The current thoughts are. Yes we are going to do these with quarter protection and a swing out tire carrier w/second swing out as an option.

I will be perfectly honest with you we are going to need till sometime in Feb to get these made in some kind of production run.

I know that is not what you guys want to hear but, we are moving the shop right now to a bigger and better facility and we have 4 bumpers in prototype phase and it takes time to work all of the kinks out.

But like I said these are going to be availible and are going to be awesome

Thanks for your guys input and sorry I fell asleep on this thread.

coughcoughtrailerhitchcough?

it will also include a trailer hitch below or built in not sure just yet.

The objective of these bumpers, and to some part what makes them hard to design is making them a bolt-on option that covers most if not all the needs of our cruiser buddies in the community.

We made a bolt on hitch that worked with our 80 series bumpers that was awesome might do the sam for the 60 series.

front bumper

do you have a front bumper with winch that looks similiar to the back bumper???....what about a prototype....thanks jason

Hello, I just might be blind, but I did not see where your website was for these bumpers. If anyone knows it please post it Please. I would love on for my 62. I working on making it look manly, not wimpy as it currently is. Thanks Jason.

thanks I love the bumpers, also in price range. thanks jason

IPOR,,

so whats the "plan".... you guys are going to add some additional features to the FJ60 rear bumper you mfg? I'm looking to go in on this bumper deal if we can see some pictures and get some more details. In my case I'm looking for a rear bumper for a 1986 FJ60.

I believe the last post said you guys had some in "R&D" now and looked to start maybe making some in Feb 07. I would interested in seeing some pics once the final version gets set.

rear bumper

count me in- would like the rear bumper w/ dual swing-tire and a gas carrier-hitch built in. let me know!

I have been waiting for a good rear bumper. The last post o design specs is welcomed however the stripped down version should be an option that is cost effective for you and the 20+ grp purchase. As the grp discoutn sounds real...count me in. I suggest we all put deposits down as you get closer to detailing the final spec if it helps keep costs down for us all.

Thanks for offering the idea and please consider moving the front bumper option up on the list as well. Maybe a take to your local welder for attaching option or something.

Thanks again.

I'm in for a group buy!! :bounce:

I also put my vote in for a receiver hitch. :bounce2:

group buy for febuary eh, can we get a ball park guess as for pricing (for the quarter protection and a swing out tire carrier with second swing out as an option)?

What is the approx. weight of the plain IPOR FJ60 rear bumper?

That silver ironpig truck looks pretty stout. I've been looking at possible rear bumpers lately myself. If the price is right, I'd definitely be interested.

I am just re-quoting maddogbob in the stuff that I want...

Here are the things i'm looking for.

-quarter panel protection (no cutting would be more convenient, but I could live with some modifications)
-tire carrier (make it optional for LH or RH mount)
-Reciever hitch
-AFFORDABLE
-high lift mount (as out of the way as possible)
-backup lights? (OR AT LEAST SOME CUTOUTS SO WE MAY MOUNT AFTERMARKET LIGHTS INTO BUMPER...)

Id be down if the price was right in the group buy...
I could give a rip about QP protection, but it would definately have to have the tire swing out and jerry can rack!
Putting the gas cans on the roof SUCKS!
I was looking at these bumpers a few mos. back, and they look great!
Glad you posted up!!!
