Im looking for a fj40 in good shape rust wise but doesnt have to be perfect... or running. Im in Knoxville tn so like within a hundred miles or so, or with in an hour of charlotte nc. Have a nice gooseneck so pick up would be no problem

Knoxville native here. There have been several 40's on ebay from Knoxville in then last couple of months. Might want to try a completed items search

I am in Kingsport 1 1/2 hr away, I have a 78' that is in great shape mechanically, top, hood, both front fenders, both doors, great shape. I just had it totally serviced mechanically, transmission, differential, transfer case, new battery, 160,000 miles. Color is a very light gray, still has spare tire carrier with a newer spare tire. Has newer BF Goodrich's 31x10.50x15's with 3/4 tread still left. Has roof rack that is on vehicle for storage. Kenwood tape player. Horn and seat belt buzzer still works. The only negative usual cruiser cancer. Rust underneath both doors and in rear quarterpanels. Needs a tub only, or some fabrication work. I will take $5,000 obo.
