What's a "door bow"?

it's the brace that spans over the front door, connecting the windshield to the rear portion of the truck. it bolts to the rain gutter so it is part of the removable hardtop.

I guess it was the inner vs outer part that confused me... I don't think I have ever sen them separated...

...and for your sake, i hope you never do, because it probably means you are rehabbing your hard top or rain gutter. not fun. not cheap.

the pics below show the outer and the inner bows (outer is the one on the striped rug.) the outer bow can either pop or slide into the inner bow to cover the rain gutter bolts and seal out the weather.
