Got in the cruiser last night and fired it up after sitting for a few days. Normally it goes to about 1600 RPM. This time it jumped to just above 1000 RPM for a split second and then dropped to 375 - 400 RPM until it warmed up. Then it ran its normal 650 RPM. No codes. Has this happened to anyone?

Sounds like your battery was disconnected.
My '94 has a few different idles it starts off at, it depends on the position of the gas pedal. If it starts of high (1600), I just slide my foot under the gas pedal and lift it up a little and it will drop back down to normal. Cheapest fix I've seen for this problem 
Or should that say "Cheesiest Fix"
