I like this, for a few years I have had an idea on the back burner to have some removeable screens for the rear sliders. Keep the bugs out but let the air in for sleeping and slow driving. Interested to see what the masses come up with.

Screen cloth (like for a tent) and a handful of rare earth magnets has worked great for me. Use the magnets to hold the screen on the exterior of the rig covering the sliding windows. I also have some generic ones that slip over the door frames from amazon.

I have seen some people do that and it works great for the camping aspect. I have several drawing iterations to have a screen that could be placed in the rear slider window opening. I am hoping to come up with a solution that could be used while driving with the slider open but haven't come up with anything that would work and also has the aesthesis. On one of my other 80s I pulled the trim panel around the window and put magnets on the backside and then used regular screen material and edged it with some small metal strips. This was good when not moving but didn't have the grip to stay when moving. As I said, this is something that I am thinking about but not that dedicated yet to commit a lot of time to work out the kinks. On my side windows, I used a screen sleeve (probably very similar to your Amazon ones) that someone was selling them on here but cannot recall whom it was. They would stay while driving albeit they we flutter slightly.

These worked for me on the four windows on the doors. They have magnets in the hem to attach to the frame. I changed the angle on the front ones to match the LX450s window shape using fabric glue. The rears were a good fit out of the box.

All depends on how bougee you need to be. :)

I cut some up out of corrugated plastic sheets and applied reflective insulation on the insides of them, sprayed them black on the outside face…friction fit and served purpose well
