Well sort of. I got the toyota remote start and glass sensor installed today. Does that count? :grinpimp:

No, but removal of the side steps does :)

Ummmmmmmmm not yet

I wish!

It is not the removal that is hard, it is having to list 3 kids into the car and a wife who is 8 months pregnant and is only 5'2".

So I need to have mike make me some new ones before I take off the old ones :)

Don't you have a Yukon to haul the groceries? I thought we made it clear, the LC is the weekend warrior in the jungles!

Very good on paying attention! Yes we do, but I take half the kids to school each day.

Also we are using the LC lately...well because i don't want to drive anything else. :D

hey they got this really kewl new thing.....called PONG...ever heard of it?

Sold and serviced by LG.

BTW: Kids like to climb. They don't NEED steps!? At least mine don't.
I took off the side steps off my buddies 99 Cruiser and all his kids (were used to the steps) would go to put one foot on the steps without looking and to their surprise, they'd end up head first on the ground. It was friggin funny to watch for the first 3 times. 3 times!! They didn't learn!

Instead of reinstalling the side steps (cuz he agrees that his LC looks hot withoutem) he went and bought a Sienna for his mall cruising and left the LC as a beater :D

Sounds like you could have saved a chunk of change AND satisfied the family needs by getting an AWD Sienna !!

When I was very young we had a TV like this except it was aquamarine and a bit bigger. Apparently I thought it was magic as pencils "disappeared" into it.

My Mom says I was putting them into the speaker, which was discovered by the repairman when it stopped making sound.

What is a glass sensor?

It is a glass break sensor. It attaches to the starter killer so if someone breaks a window it cuts out the use of the engine preventing someone from stealing the car.

It takes the keyless entry to an actual car alarm.

so if you are out on the trail and something broke the window during operation of the vehicle with the engine on will it know the difference? or will it cut off the ignition then too? dumb question but curious

It is only activated if the car is shut off.

and if I hit something hard enough while wheeling to break the window, I deserve what I get
