Yes,the beast runs! I got her started easy, just a quick turn of the key. It's only been about 10-years!!!!Ran it for about 10 min.idle was good, had a heater hose spring a leak(just a pin hole size). The damm heater core is leaking also(arrrg.)Ran it w/no exhaust, just the manifolds(what, I can't hear you!).Going to put my header on(old school 6 into 1 man-a-fre),so I will use my old exhaust/muffler it's in pretty good shape. The header itself has a small crack going to see if i can weld it up,then some hi heat paint of some sort.

Thanks guys for the tips on making my own oil pressure reg.gasket, worked good.I used some building paper stuff.

Take the header in a dark room and shine a maglight up the collector; you will find more than one crack....GUARANTEED! The one I've got for sale in the MUD classifieds has been re-welded in at least 3 places. Very typical for the 6 into 1.

Best

Thanks Mark,I will check it out. It's also very rusty!! I have a new manifold gasket I got from spector that Im going to use.I will do some more research,as some have said these are pretty hard to get sealed up right.I have also started to polish up my old manifold, looks real good!
