Finally started the "beast" Rig 1 and Rig 2 lift & tires Pic

This picture does NOT do justice to the hugeness of the cruiser. Driving a 4runner for 6 years and then getting into a cruiser with 315/75s is insane..

so far:
Downey lift 3 inches
315/75/16 Dunlops <-- thx for the recommendation CruiserDan!
Lowered bump stops

The 4runner has a 3 inch lift front/back with 32 Revos, supercharged, bigger injectors, smaller pulley (higher boost), etc etc..

This forums help and information has been INDISPENSIBLE! you guys, for lack of a better word, KICK @SS!!

Looks awsome! Pics like that make me want to get an 80 over a 100 heh.

Looks great Jimmy.
Glad to see you got it installed.
How do you like the ride?

Nice looking rig. They even match.

Did that Runner used to have 20's or 22's on it? I think I remember you from my 4Runner days. GREAT looking pair of trucks.

Hey! good memory bro :)

Back in the day before everybody had them I was the first guy at college out of 25K kids to get 20s by the time I graduated everybody had them, figured time to get some potential out of the truck :)

Thank god I grew out of those sad days.... :)

cheers

Arleux, it went AMAZINGLY, and it rides like a dream! I have to get my caster correction done but other then that Im in heaven. Soaks up bumps much better then my runner OME setup.

Thanks again bud.

I'm very happy you are pleased with it.

Great lookin rig! love the black. how tall did you have to go on bumpstops front & rear?

Looks tough. Does it fit in your garage still?

Did you regear or are you going to keep the stock setup? Planning on supercharging this truck as well?

Funny thing of it is, Im a light driver, I have a convertible that is my little sporty car. So when I drive my trucks they barely see the other side of 3K rpm. Well the 4runner gets to around 4 every now and then...

I INITIALLY was planning on regearing BUT it drives FINE, literally I have absolutely no need to regear for my DD, now I havent taken her off road yet that will be the clincher. I use the 4runner as my main towing rig with the SCer and small tires, nothing more then a couple thousand pounds....

I just threw in the standard 2 inch bumpstops in the rear, and dropped the front sway bar 2 inches. I climbed a 2 foot stump yesterday and there was no rubbing so I felt solid about it, and everything tucked in perfectly, zero issues there.

She does NOT fit in my garage by any means :) its around 6'8" to 6'9" including the stock rack.

WOW! just saw your sig you have a RX7 putting out 440 to the wheels thats probably 530 at the crank, the T56 is the 6 speed tranny right? So Im assuming you are also running the LS1 engine since the T56 doesnt hook up to anything else easily?

very nice...

Lssssssssssss1 :D and 6speed T56 is a wonderful combo.

It's for sale. I'm building an LS7 powered RX-7 next. 600rwhp+ n/a on 91 octane. Just your average 9 second commuter that gets 20mpg+ hwy. New one should do high 9's@145mph n/a with 6 speed on road race suspension with drag big/little tire combo. And low low 9's@160mph with a 150hp nitrous shot. :zilla:
