I have had my 2000 LX since new and recently passed it down to one of my daughters. Bought another 2001 LX a few months ago and that is now going to my other daughter.
Now it is my turn. I have been looking for a pristine 2003-2005 Land Cruiser in either Gray or Blue for literally a year. Well, a 2005 finally came up and I jumped on it. Paid a little more than I wanted, but I still feel good about it. Only 111K miles and in pristine condition outside of a few typical exterior nicks. Only one PO with the car spending its first ten years in New Mexico and the last on one in Oregon. No rust at all. The PO literally brought the car into their dealer ever 5K miles (or sooner if too much time had passed) and had all of the proper work done. Definitely a lifetime grocery-getter up to this point. It included all the original manuals, keys and even the original packaging for the entertainment headphones and remote control.
I wish that it had grey interior instead of ivory, but that is about the only thing that I can nit-pick about.
Feeling very lucky. Currently driving it down the Pacific Coast to its new home in Southern California.
