Finally! After A Year And Half... Got 97lc 80...

Greetings all;

After a year and half of searching, reading (this forum), and learning, I 've finally got a 1997 FZJ80 (No lockers) on Tuesday Night. I've decided on this one because of it's shape and comoplete maintenance record...

Exterior: Gray
Rust: Absolutely no rust... ( Maybe just a little at the bolt heads and such...)
Paint: Original and shines llike new. No complaints here
Bad: None
Grade: 9.5 of 10

Interior: Beige
Leather: No tear or wears
Carpet: Clean no stains at all; no smell
Bad: Wood dash trim discoloured
Grade: 9 of 10

Engine: No leaks what so ever.

Cooling: Original radiator and no signs of overheating.

Tranny: Shifts smoothly. No leaks

Brake: Too soft. Needs a bleeding or MC replacement

Front Axle: Complete front axle service was performed at 70K miles

It's been rainning here last couple of days and I couldn't take pictures yet. thanks to hurricane dennis... Will have pictures posted as soon as possible.

sounds like you couldn't get any better than that, than it being locked....depending on the price, a great catch i must say !!! driving around and seeing other LCs, sure miss mine...maybe in a year i will get another one

12K... But don't flame me too much. It was in great shape. I've passed few LCs in the past with lockers and without lockers. I've decided on this one even without lockers... If I decide to do extreme off roading I would need to replace the gears anyway...

Great looking truck. Very Good Price too. I know I searched forever to find one in that same range. I have two other trucks, cars, to drive, but now that I have the Cruiser, I can't seem to get out of it. LOL You will love the ride and quality.....

Very nice truck and congrats!! I have almost the same truck with the exception mine has grey interior and is a 96'. You paid a fair price. I paid more for mine, but 77k!
