So I discovered a small oil drip today that appears to be from the filter housing or oil cooler but its hard to tell. there are no obvious drips running down from above the housing. I replaced the plastic housing with the Tacoma one two weeks ago so maybe that is related but it doesn't seem to be leaking from where the big o-ring is on the large threads of the housing.
There is some kind of hex nut looking think on the bottom of the cooler/upper housing assembly that is at least collecting oil. Could that be leaking? what is it? The lines (i think these are tranny cooler lines) in back of the filter housing assembly are wet but I think this is just spray from the engine oil leak.
