Fender flare question

The rubber between the fender flare and body of my 1995 Landcruiser is coming off. I would like to get some new to put on. What are these technically called and is there a good place to get them online?

i recently repainted some of my flares. ordered replacement rubber parts from the dealership. wasn't expensive.
