I put an ad in the 100 section so I thought maybe I should try it over here and see what happens. I like my 80 but the wife and I are wanting to take some long distance trips and I would rather have a 100 if we're driving to Colorado or Utah. All the details are here
Want to trade my built 1993 Locked FZJ80 for your built 100 Series - Expedition Portal

178,000 miles with a lot of work and mods done over the last several months. I would really like to trade for a 100 already built but will consider one that's stock or has a few mods, we'll talk about trade difference. If it's stock, I would rather trade for a 98 or 99 with the rear e-locker and get enough boot to do the work I would want to do.

I know a lot of guys with a built 100 may consider it a step down to trade for an 80 but some may think it would be an equal trade, or maybe a step up :) I'm going to give it a couple weeks and if I don't get a bite, I think I will keep the 80 and buy a 98 or 99 and do a light build. My 80 is not perfect but for the year and miles, it's in good shape. I keep it in the garage so it's not an item I've been rushed to do but the drains on the sunroof need cleared, I get a little water in the front floor if I'm out in the rain. Has a spot of rust under the left side rear rocker but frame is clean. The valve cover gasket is leaking a little. I have one to go on and was planning on doing it when I take the injectors out to send off for re-building. It's running fine, but I think I have one or more O rings leaking a little. If the right trade deal happens, great, if not, that's okay also.

BTW, I'm located in east Tennessee ( 35 miles N/E of Knoxville ) With my job I don't have a lot of down time so it would be hard for me to drive more than a couple hours to meet someone.

Here's a couple pics and I have more on the other link. If you want more, let me know and I will get them.

If I decide I really want a 100 and decide to sell my 80, from what you see and the information I have posted in Expedition Portal, any ideas of what my 80 would be worth? Maybe a ballpark of asking price? I'm a real estate broker and before I put one of my houses on the market, I always get another agent to take a look to see if my price is correct. I think it's harder to price your own stuff because you're the one that did the work and sometimes your price might be a little higher than what the market allows.
