Installed mine today. New battery needed a new bracket. With the help of an Optima Group 34 spacer, the bracket mounted up fast. Did not receive a template for drilling holes for the new brackets, but I just drilled where I thought they should go. Worked out fine I guess. Thanks for the 2 lifesavers as well

Should be fine but you can always re-drill
