FE Head, 2F or 3F block?

If you had a 3FE and a 2F, but only 1 rig to put either motor in, would you swap the FE head onto the 2F block for the larger displacement, or keep the 3F block for the shorter stroke?

I'm asking because I've found a 2F motor from a wrecked 60 for almost nothing, and thinking about swapping the blocks to maybe gain a few more ponies.

I could be crazy, but I'm just throwing out an idea.

I think the answer is "it depends" on what you want to do with your rig...

I want more overall power in the 2000-3000 range, so I was thinking an RV cam and a 2F block would be perfect for this.
