I still can't make a final committment as I'm waiting to see if we can get an MRI for my wife scheduled some time next week. That will save me $750 out of pocket since I've already met my deductible for this year. $750 will buy me sliders!

The tentative plan right now is to come up on Tuesday, 27th, and head back to ABQ on the afternoon of the 28th. Maybe I'll drive the Sonata and just ride shotgun for a few hours if we're still on.

beno, would it change things if BK and crew got to your place a little earlier than scheduled?

after all, the less time BK spends at the hammers, the more likely his rig will be in one piece for farmington

either way, hope all is well.

Probably not. It doesn't have anything to do with their arrival time.

More to do with things on my end.

It's still going to be good to see BK and crew though!

I have yet to do a hardcore wheeling with you beno... you always back out on those runs. since your body damage came on an icy paved road, and I've not personally seen you on a hardcore run, I'm doubting your hardcoreness.:flipoff2::D

There might be a 1% possibility. Ill know the night before.

Won't that cut into your MPG :flipoff2:

You have to actually drive your truck to be able to calculate MPG. Since that rarely happens, the extra weight really won't affect my fuel consumption.

Not looking good...we just received orders for 4 systems total and half of the parts will not be here until Tuesday. The catch is the company needs these orders to ship by end of year to make quarter. And when you're a one man manufacturing department... Go start up company!

Best bet would be for Friday....

Well I think there are a few in the group that would not mind testing that Hundy for you :steer:

Well since we are showing up at your place tuesday night, I can pretty much guarantee you won't be feeling your best wednesday morning :)

Hmm, party at Beno's......

This group is always more party/meeting and less wheeling. I bet I could get more action if I set up a lunch date somewhere.

Everything for me is going to depend on when the Stayners get here and whether CDan will give me the next day off. Regardless, I will only be up for a day if I can pull it off.

Don't fret Graham. The Stayners are coming and they mean serious wheeling bizniss...

The ground is currently muddy, well at least when it isn't frozen. Hope it dries some over the next few days. Will keep all posted. If it stays a mess it will change things a lot.

I'm up for the wheeling regardless of who shows.

Bad news this afternoon, the guy getting the tranny back in my buggy made some wierd fixes. Will push him to make it right on Tuesday. I'm pretty pissed and should have just done the work myself. Live and learn. If my buggy isn't a go, then i'll rock the Glade in the 80 and point out all the really good stuff. 80's make great anchors when things go bad.

I'm still hoping to show up in a helmet with goggles, windowless, running the buggy in late December. Keep your fingers crossed.

G, You can surley show up with the helmet and goggles, (I've see wierder, like some guy with a full face resprirator mask at the gym? WTF! Maybe i should change gyms?), but I don't think making the 80 windowless would be the best of choices. I would like to go, but I work this coming week. Plan to take time off a little before our busy season kicks in. Hope you guys have fun!
