Man I used to love to fly fish for browns in Pearl Lake and brookies in Lester Creek.

Was this part of the Zirkel Wilderness Fire?
 
I gotta get to Colorado and do some wheeling.

I spy a 55 rear bumper. Did you modify it or does it fit that well? I think the FJ company did one on an LV too.
 
My dad was the supervisor of that forest when it was the Routt NF (it’s now part of the Medicine Bow NF IIRC). That blowdown leveled a tremendous amount of timber and being wilderness no one was allowed to remove the blowdown so the pine beatles infested it and the surrounding standing timber. Saner minds lost the battle. If I were king I’d dictated removal (being king is good lol) and crews would have been required to use land cruisers.

That LV looks right at home.
