I have a Sequoia and a LC 100 so have recently found both forums here. The 100 series forum has a good FAQ thread with lots of common questions and baseline maintenance procedures.

Any interest in starting a similar thread here and how would we go about that? I’m happy to start with DIY procedures for oil change, front/rear diff and transfer case fluid changes (including how to get out the stripped drain plugs from the previous owner and a series of strategies up to and including welding a bolt into the drain bolt)

let me know if there’s a way to get this ball rolling

YES a FAQ will solve so many stupid little questions- service interavals, suspensions, tires, wheels, basic mods, basic maintenance.

It’s not like this section gets a ton of traffic at this point, so to be honest, I for one don’t mind seeing a few similar threads. Let’s face it, if people aren’t “on it” enough to Google search the common stuff, maybe they NEED our help:flush:

That would be sweet for newer owners! For the past 2 years of owning my Sequoia, I scoured this forum and the Sequoia forums in ToyotaNation.com, TundraSolutions.com and the the Sequoia Build section in Tundras.com............all have great info but are lacking in movement/responses. The search function is the best way to find stuff. The best part about these forums are the detailed threads with pics and procedures.
On Facebook, the Toyota Sequoia 2nd Generation page has been my best go to for questions/answers.......there are responses within minutes but typically within an hour or so.....it's been a great resource!
