Fane clutch fj80 3f engine (2 Viewers)

Hello friends
I have a problem with fane clutch, Always in gear, barely disengaged
I tried it with thermostat And without it the same thing
Then I tried two more pieces and they never came apart. It makes a loud noise when driving and reduces the car's torque.
Has anyone had this problem before?

Yep it failed "locked", time for a new Aisin or OEM.

Failed locked > failed open.

A clutch driven fan will always rotate. It will never be "off".
Replace with an Aisin FCT-049. Don't play games with any other brand.
