that’s what I did too. Finally removed the bolt above the ac compressor but that one is completely stripped. I wish to replace it with a new one but it hits the frame as it is a long bolt. So the only way I think to remove that bolt is to remove first the ac compressor to give that wiggle room. Thinking now how to remove the AC compressor..

There is no need to remove AC compressor to get the upper bolt out. Wiggle it slightly and it will come out. Strong arm or fingers not needed. It was 10x easier than I thought.

Thanks ya’ll I’ve found another thread: AC repair - this helped me out a lot.

The one encircled in white and arrow pointing at it was the way I accessed and successfully loosened the 3rd ac compressor securing bolt. 3/8 ratchet with 14mm deep and shallow socket. I did not remove the front driver side wheels and splash guard anymore. I actually was able to access it underneath, it was tight as the AHC is on low mode and the space is just cramped, but was able to manage.

Here it is, the side securing bolt of the fan bracket (stripped by the tech at the dealership who did the last TB/WP job):

This is how the upper through and through bolt looked like:

If you look closely it hits the frame rail of the truck, there is really no way to take it out without loosening that lower 3rd ac compressor securing bolt. Once that was loose (not fully off the compressor as @OTRAMM suggested to leave it on, I was able to wiggle the ac compressor and pull out the bolt.

This is the exact part number:

Again the main reason why I wanted to take this stripped side bolt for the fan bracket is I will be replacing the fan bracket assembly with the new one, and if I use this same stripped bolt it will definitely damage the thread of the new fan bracket assembly which will probably give me problems down the road. Thanks again for all your inputs!

May be I need to check my third compressor bolt.
