This is the 25th annual Fall Gathering so let's make it the best yet. This event is open to all members of any NEA club as a well.
This year camping is not included in the price of the event ticket. Camping will be paid upon arrival to landowners.

Typically Field and Forest charges 30 dollars per person for the first night and 20 dollars per person for each night after that. We are still working with Liza to figure out what rates she will charge. Pretty sure she only likes cash and you will pay her when you arrive, and sign the waiver!!

I kind of thought cash only but without knowing rates, hard to figure how much cash to bring (especially if paying for more than 1).

Can you just come for the day? Is it the same rate? New guy (stock) interested in meeting some of the grizzled vets.

I suppose you can come for the day, you would have to pay whatever fee the campground would charge you for coming onto the property that is outside of what we charge. You do need to be a member of the club or another NEA club to come on the property and the event. Club membership is
$25.00. The driver fee includes a shirt, breakfast on Saturday morning, and a ticket for the Saturday night meal. During the day, most people are either out back wheeling or doing class 6 roads. A stock rig can go on the class 6 roads. The best way to meet people would be to come to the event for the day and pay the drivers entry, plus the club membership fee.

Probably around September 21, If you decide to come last minute there maybe a late fee and we will not be able to promise the correct T-shirt size. If you want a sweatshirt you need to register before the end of August.
