SOLD Winch, good shape, no broken mounts, correct chain and hook, driveshaft(3pd), pillow block( needs bearing)spud shaft, shift linkage,knob, and a split case gearbox. Like to sell as a set but may part out. Selling this setup as I have restored another set and do not need these parts. $1500 plus shipping prefer local pick up or mud ship.

Was curious if I could have saved myself from sourcing the last couple of pieces to convert a single direction to dual direction. Still a very good price in today's market. I' ve opted to go split transfer case on a few cruisers. Those are easier to find used verses a Orion transfer case.

silly question. How do you tell the difference between a 2 direction and a single direction? Is it the 2 gears in the box verses 1 gear?

I have this pto gearbox. I was planning on installing it in my 72 with factory 3 speed trans. Does that mean that I need a single gear one instead? If so, and Living in the Past needs a double then maybe we can swap boxes and he will buy yours.

That is correct gearbox for early 3 spd two direction. My box for sale is a later split case with a different bolt pattern. Your all set!!
