I asked the quetion in the 40 board and never could get a straight answer. wich head on an f or 2f flows better? whats the port volumes on the heads late & early. Also whats the combustion chamber size on them ? Is port swirl good on an F?

You are chasing your tail. For the most part the two heads are not interchabgeable without a lot of work..

They flow the same.

Different heads are made for domed or flat top pistons.

do some testing, post the results on the 40 board, then we'll all know!

There are at least 5 different heads to test - then of course there in the option of putting a 3FE head on - different again.

Ask questions on your post in the 40 forum (where this should be discussed) - happy to try to answer if you give us more info :)

well the block from a new Cruiser fit my 2f head?
