f carb on 2f? (1 Viewer)

i am restoring a landcruiser and cleaning up the 2f engine and painting it

the other day i took the carb off and i noticed that my intake manifold had a crack inside right below where the carb sits and above where the exhaust bolts to it

also it looks like it was repaired but cracked again

so i wonder would an 72 f carb and intake/exhaust  manifolds would work on my 2f??

They will fit as I have gone the other way, putting a 2F intake on a late '74 F. The '72 carb will not have the center stud for attaching the stock aircleaner and it may not have all the smog stuff your 2F has. You can probably modify the aircleaner w/o much trouble.
