I had the first gen bump set from him for a 460, unlifted. They're super progressive and comfortable, and had the fronts on for a year before I swapped back to OEM to do some testing. For stock height, he makes a shorter one. Otherwise they are basically continuously engaged and start to deform.

I hadn't heard of them but I am interested in that coil conversion. I think I have seen like $300 for these kits. Anyone know if these are any good for a 460?

Not sure when I'll be changing out the airbags but it would be nice to not have it cost an extra $240.

Thats kind of what i was getting at as well, just wasnt sure if its something i could do before actually going with the lift kit.

I would. They are cheaper than the comparable alternative (Durobump, Timbren etc) and were super comfortable when I had them. I just need to get them back from my friend and put them back on. I can't comment on longevity, but the type of material that's used seems to be durable. It's also not an area that has a lot of direct UV exposure which is what I would worry about the most.

I'd suggest figuring out which suspension height you want to go with and figure those bump stops to what you'll be putting on.

I have some HARD miles on my Perry bumps front and rear, and they've been holding up great. Now, they're not hydro or air bumps but for the price they're totally worth it. There was a desert road I was on this past fall turning out about 50mph when I hit a sizeable dip and went airborn with my full camping loadout and RTT. What I was expecting to be a hard bottom out was eaten up by the bumps but my tires did eat the paint off my inner fenders.

We put Perry's on a buddy's 1st gen Tundra and they have been good. I have DuroBumps on my rig, which were around $250 when I bought them in 2021. Now they are closer to $500, while Perry's are still around the $250 mark. I don't think I'd pay 2X as much for DuroBumps (although they are also quite good).

I'm pretty happy with the front set. I'm not sold on the rear. I don't feel the same progression out of the rear set and I think it's due to the design. It is really flimsy on the mounting location with "a lot" of side to side movement. I feel it could benefit from a more rigid base. I contacted Perry and was told it is like this by design.

Hey, I totally respect the concern about side to side movement. We recently added a simple graphic on the website to explain the design intent. There's a failure mode with a competitor's product that I'm trying to avoid - essentially, the rigid mounting base appears to force their bump stop to buckle and fold over. By having our bumps flex at the mount, they're intended to align with the axle.

Of course, if you ever have an issue with yours, just reach out - I'm always interating on and tuning my product.
