Expediton Wheelin' event

Well, it's time. The scouting has been done, cable has been pulled, scratches, dents and memories are all that remain (well, and a little mud in the door jams). To get to the meeting place expect approximatly 3.5 hour drive from Winston Salem, NC. I had a little bit of a hand in putting this together and i can tell you that the trails are fun and the scenery is awesome. If you want hard wheelin', it's there for you. If you want it easy, there are trails for you too.

I hope you guys stop cyber wheelin' and get out there and enjoy some good cruiser comrodery (sp?).

For me it depends alot on this new job i start tomorrow, should of held out for a week but did not even think about that. Kinda hard to get some time off in first week on job. But i am going to ask.

Like I said, I am starting a new job this week too Darin so I can understand the challenges there. I tried to work a month or two off in between gigs but it didn't work out that way.

I am hellbent on making the expedition though, one way or another.

Alex responded on the SC thread about meeting you on Sat. Hopefully you can pull it off, you won't regret it!!

New to Cruisers

We are picking up our first Cruiser this Wed. and would love to go on some trials with others in this area. Due to having to work this Sat. it doesn't look like we could make it out this time.

Could anyone share information on local trails and when there will be another get together?

Read the NC (Olde North State Cruisers / here) and SC (Upstate Cruisers) boards for information on group rides, meetings, get togethers, trails, outings, etc.

VA has numerous club options too, given you're closer to that border...

Hoping with the better weather, and Uwharrie opening up in April that this group will be more inclined to get together being as there is more reason to meet centrally.
