Exhaust system on 3B engine (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

My 3B has 2 mufflers, one under the passeger seat and one in tail.
Tail's muffler is broken, Can I leave just the first muffler under seat ? Could there be performance issues? or engine damage?

It will just be louder. No engine damage from removing a muffler.

Out of interest, what 3B-powered vehicle has two exhaust mufflers?

In second img you can see first muffler under seat.
in first last muffler.

You can drive even without exhaust, but it is hilariously loud!May have to change the bed sheets after too..

Both of those look like mufflers. If you want to find out what your BJ42 came with, go to Megazip, put your details in and look at the diagram. I looked at a few 42 diagrams and they all had a single, round, muffler before the tailpipe. No resonator.

get a new cheap small straight through type muffler, weld in, bobs ur uncle
turbo for the win
