Exhaust manifold steel rings removal (1 Viewer)

Anyone have ideas of how to loosen up/remove these two steel rings that are supposed to seal the two exhaust manifold pieces? Heated twice and cooled. Going to let soak in mouse milk overnight.

Put a small cut in them with a die grinder or dremel. Knock out with a fine chisel after.

I've had to chisel them out grain by grain they were so tightly wedged in place with rust/detritus.
