I am at a crossroads concerning the classifieds here. There are a number of people who use the classifieds to sell things on a regular basis (and who will read this) that do all their business by PM. While that helps the buyer and the seller, it doesn’t help the COMMUNITY to establish any range for fair market value. They talk a good ‘shop’ about the community, but don’t actually support it by contributing hard numbers like I have for the last 15 years.

Im tired of leading by example just to be systematically undercut by people who have little or no overhead.
