Anyone that wants to stop by is welcome, I have a pretty good handle on what I'm doing but any chance to surround myself with cruiserheads during a big project makes for a better time.

I'm in Winter Park, just outside Orlando, about 30 minutes from Luis's house for those that have been there.

Food/drink etc. will be provided somehow

Early start

Getting closer! Just drove 40 miles and the old motor didn't skip a beat. It makes me a bit sad to pull it when it runs well and is s original to the truck but I know if I don't now it will be at least 7-8 months until I have time.

Picking my engine hoist up from the warehouse Thursday.

Luis said he'll be there. I'm going to try and get there - working out family plans now to make sure there aren't any conflicts.

Dude that's awesome! Usually Luis is busy, haven't seen him since my steering column emergency back in June... One year ago.

He's been very, very busy. We all have for different reasons :) But Luis is also getting back to a Friday/Sat off schedule (he's Tue/Wed now) which will be much better.

Donuts or Bagels?

Looks like the scheduling gods agree, and I'll be there. I think Luis and I should get there around 10, depending on how things go.

I'll bring some FLCA stickers with me...

Sending address to everyone, and asking Luis to bring his load leveler.

Hoist is ready.

donuts /bagels? no wonder the turn out was mostly lightweights like me.. now if you would have posted beer n bar-B-Q you would be driving that truck right now... whats the current status?

Barbaque for breakfast?

Status is very close, been working on swapping the parts over and painting 7 hours a day since Saturday besides Monday and Wednesday

All that's left to do is intake manifold, clean and re-grease throw-out bearing and pilot bearing, and clean up my two distributors and decide which is nicer.
