Engine oil level ECU & condition indicator

Hi again,

This time two electrical wiring related questions.

1. According to EWD168F manual diagrams there is something called "Engine Oil Level ECU". It's not a sender, it's an ECU. But I can't find it in any parts diagrams, e.g. here TOYOTA | Japan Parts EU - http://www.japan-parts.eu and I can't find it in my KZJ either.

2. What is a condition indicator for? This time I found it in my KZJ and on a parts diagram (part no 89590-60020), but I can't locate it on the wiring diagrams.

According to this link WTF is an OK Monitor? - https://www.mr2oc.com/threads/wtf-is-an-ok-monitor.563610/ my two questions are about the same thing: Condition Monitor (or OK Monitor) is the same as Engine Oil Level ECU.
