Engine noise..sounds like a vacuum 2015 LX570. Vid attached.

Have a bone stock 2015 lx570 150k, no overheating, ac blows ice cold, but noticed a high pitch noise coming from the front of the car. Sounds like my Kirby vacuum. I'm hoping it's just a fan clutch that needs to be replaced. Can anyone confirm? Thx

I'm guessing it's the clutch fan bearing, but man it sounds awful. Tough to diagnose via video, of course. Got a stethoscope?

It’s such a high pitch, I suspect it’s a bearing. A search may turn up useful threads

High pitch squealing noise on my 200

It’s not incredibly loud, but as the RPMs increase, the squealing gets louder and more constant. In drive or park, when I rev, it squeals. Belt going bad? Water pump failing?

Not that this is related but your coolant in the reservoir is low.

is this vaccum like noise heard from outside or inside the car?
Could it be your amplifier fan in behind the dashboard?
