Truck is completely base lined, finally did coolant and ATF fluid change(11 quarts of fresh atf WS makes it shift amazing, wish I wouldn't have waited so long). Fresh engine oil, drive line lube, tires rotated. I was planning on bringing some more specific tools such as socket for front hubs, a few larger wrenches. Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.

Code scanner and OBDII code list for the 100...
Jumper wire to read ABS and VSC codes from dash board lights.

Spare fan belt, tensioner and idler pulleys
Tire Plug kit

Spare coil pack or 2, extra fuses/relays, heater tee's, and I always keep a gallon of premix coolant in the back that I've used on many occasions.

Slee Blueberry bumper, Slee rear bumper w/ swingouts, ARB front & rear air lockers, arb compressor, Warn winch, expedition roof rack, 50" curved LED bar, roof-top tent, fox-wing awning, lift kit, new tires & rims, hi-lift, recovery gear, ...

oh road trip... bring the tool kit that came with the truck and bring plenty of snacks and water

Assuming a a road trip, a 10mm socket with a few extensions and a coil pack. OBD II code reader and a cell phone and call it good. :meh: In the extremely unlikely event you'll need anything else, get it at a local AutoZone (tool) or Toyota dealer (parts). :meh:

Extra cc for gas, and just go man!

Thank you everyone for your suggestions.

When I had mine, I drove it from Arkansas to Colorado and back for HiH. I changed the oil and checked the air in the tires. That's it! Might have brought a toolbox, but didn't need it. These things just need gas...they never break!

Coil pack and code reader. And tools to change coil pack. If your hood struts are worn replace. Have fun where are you headed?
Moving back to the Midwest late this summer, so trying to knock a few birds down with one stone so to speak. Dropping my boat off back home in Nebraska, looking at a few houses and land in Missouri, and continuing on to the Columbia, SC area for work for a few months. Hope to get some wheeling under my belt while out there, and its been a few years since I took a dip in the Atlantic, so hopefully make it out to the coast while I'm there again. Then back to hell Paso via I12 along the gulf, then move!
