Elk mountains for stock trucks

Just wanted to suggest the Elk Mountains as a ride for easy stock trucks. I have been exploring them on my motorcycle the laat few weeks. Miles of roads. Somewhat light use. Most are just forestry roads with camping sprinkled around. Should be easy even in a stock truck. I have been accessing them from Raidersburg area which is only about a hour from Bozeman. Once you get way back there some of the campsights are really nice. I know not everyone has a built rig. Just an option.

Icant say i want to lead it but next time i am there i can try to scope some nice camp spots for a small group looking for some easy roads and camping out from Raidersburg.

Awesome, I haven't been down there in a while. Cool forest service cabin nearby and the limestone hills are fun to see.

take old woman's grave rd off of radersburg rd and head north. make sure you don't get blown up though. i like crow crk and south
