Hello,

As some of you may know I have retro-engineered and designed an electronic replacement for our beloved superglow systems (see Superglow electronic replacement - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/superglow-electronic-replacement.1323121/). The manual is available here .

I initially made the developpement for my 24V 3B engine, which has a 9+1 pin connection to the car.
There has been some demand for a 13pin version (even if re-wiring is possible) which I developped and is now ready.

Before I order the boards is there anybody here that would like to get one ? If you are interested please contact me via PM, it is easier for me to keep track that way.

My price for a single board is 125€ + shipping (usually 13 to europe / 20 to the rest of the world), this includes the board and the connector on the car side in case you would want to replace it (not mandatory) and have the best possible electrical contact.

Keep in mind that I do that activity on my free time, and even if I enjoy it there are some costs (tools, prototypes, components, burnt glow plugs, ...) associated. Asking for this price helps me to both reduce the personal costs and develop new projects such as this 13pin version.

So far I haven't had any negative feedback and I would be really happy to know that my project runs in new trucks !

I read through your development thread . . .I am very impressed with how you presented your data, methodology, and overall, you seem to be an excellent engineer. Would the same product apply to a 24v 12H-T with a glow screen? If I ever need help, I have bookmarked this thread, and I will check with you first. Good luck with your engineering endeavors Kouglaf! :)

Hi Kevin,

I don't have any 12-HT under my hand but as far as I understand they share the same philosophy of pre-heat and post-heat, along with a timer that seems quite similar to those on glow/superglow systems.

What is the serial number on your timing module ?
