Okay guys,

Simple question:

Who is the best local Landcruiser Specialist in the Portland, OR area for FJ 6X electrical work? Unfortunately I no longer have time on my side to work on things...and if I'm gonna pay $$$, I want the best Cruiser head on the job.

Thanks!

DLS

I like Landcruisers Northwest for everything but there might be a better electrical guy, call over there and if they can't do it they'll direct you to who can.

Gypsy, is that at the confluence of the Mckenzie in your avatar?

What kind of problems are you looking at? I've ripped apart my entire electrical system in the past week and I don't think all of the stuff I've learned so far has leaked out of my brain yet. I may be able to at least point you in the right direction.

Yep, I've had a great experience there.

Also have nothing but good things to say about Tony and Matt too!

These guys would be a good choice especially considering your less than all Toyota build. They do more swaps and have a better idea of what goes on with them.

It is! BK (before kids) my wife and freinds and I would do a Memorial Day ride there every year. I have not been back to ride there in 3 years now. It does look like it is back on for next year though!!

Think I have a bad ground somewhere as my headlights have failed. Have been having issues since before the transplant (had my alternator regulator fail and overloaded something). Got a new headlight relay harness, but am wondering with the grounded system what's going on. Add that now I've got a full time administrative job, and time gets short.
Kinda miss the days where money was tighter, and I had unlimited time...dang, I'm getting older...

All the above are great suggestions.

But I'll try to balance them out and add another Willamette Automotive. Just because of the cool FJ45 lpb with hand painted company logo on the door hidden under a pile of parts.
