Electrical problem in service records: cause for concern?

I'm looking at buying a 2011 LX570 that has been taken care of perfectly by the current owner, all at the dealer.

However, there's one entry that causes me concern:

• C/S RADIO WILL NOT TURN OFF AND KEY IS MALFUNCTIONING. PURPLE GROUP LEADER SPOKE TO CUSTOMER ~|~ ~|~146853 500 RADIO WILL NOT TURN OFF AFTER CAR TURNED OFF. REMOTE AND SMART KEY NOT WORKING. SEAT HEATER FLASHING. CONNECT SCAN TOOL . FOUND CAN SYSTEM DOWN. MULTIPLE ECU NOT COMMUNICATING. MULTIPLE CODES. INSPECT FOUND DRIVERS FLOOR BOARD WET. FUSE BOX DRI

Should I be nervous?

The car is for sale at a dealer and they don't have any additional information.

Replaced windshield?

Clogged sunroof drain?

Unless the cause is known for certain, and is proven to be benign, I would pass on this one.
