Electrical issue

Good day all
Got a 96 70 series 1hz wire an electrical issue
If i press the brake pedal the head gauge moves to hot even if not even started and she wont start at all. Dash lights come on but no click at starter relay and pre heat light not coming on either

Are you referring to the water temp gauge? Lot of times is you get weird gauge movements it’s because of a ground issue.
Does it start if you don’t step on the brakes?

Yes in the dash cluster. It will not even click at starter relay.

My Mazda 3 exhibited strange dash symptoms like that a few weeks ago.
Almost completely dead battery.
